When You’re Eligible for a Refund
- Services Not Used: If you booked a test or service that has not been completed within seven days, you may request a refund within the following three days.
- Errors on Our Side: If there’s a technical issue or an error caused by us, we’ll either arrange a retest or offer a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
- Billing Mistakes or Overpayments: We’ll promptly correct any billing errors or overpayments and refund the amount you’re owed.
Changing Your Mind? Our Cancellation Policy
- Timing Matters: Please inform us within 48 hours of booking if you need to cancel a scheduled service.
- Small Fee: A small cancellation fee (about 10%) may apply to cover administrative costs.
- Packages Have Deadlines: Some health packages are valid for a limited time (e.g., 7 days from invoice). After expiry, unused services cannot be refunded.
What Can’t Be Refunded
- Tests or treatments already completed and results delivered.
- Services performed by external parties (labs, pharmacies) unless specifically stated.
- Services older than 12 months (unless required by law).
How to Request a Refund

- Reach out via our official channels (phone, email, or in person).

- The service in question
- Reason for refund request
Our billing team will review your request and keep you updated every step of the way.
When to Expect Your Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless we agree on another arrangement.
Other Options Before a Refund
Before issuing a cash refund, we may offer alternatives such as:
- Applying the balance toward another service
- Adjusting against a future bill
- Offering a retest (where appropriate)
